This team building workshop aims at reinforcing the importance of “Growing Success Factors” in a deep dive on "Customers’ Trait”. The program will be delivered by creating a concoction of song and lyrics in a sharing culture.
A creation of Song Composition with Diverse Lyrics will be located at final stage by all teammates to create “We Build A Best Team” Concept.
Considerations
Objectives:
- Outside before inside
- To get a "harmonic" song & to "tune" ourselves with customers' "tone”, "beat up" ourselves with good "rhythm" to drive business with customers
- Pour in our "soul & spirit" to speak the customers' language (*related lyrics)
